Booking Policies, Payment Schedules & Service Terms
Standard terms and conditions governing event planning contracts, decor productions, and venue booking services with Wedding Eventwala.
1. Booking & Retainer Fee
All wedding bookings require an initial 25% retainer deposit to block dates, book vendor partners, and begin 3D stage and mandap renders.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Date changes are accommodated based on vendor availability up to 45 days prior to the wedding event without penalty.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are requested to provide accurate guest headcounts and venue access permits at least 14 days before setup begins.
